Successful Resolution in Grant of Probate Estate Dispute
We are very pleased to announce a recent success in a challenging estate litigation matter. After a long process in which we were required to present evidence to counter allegations of undue influence and concerns about the capacity of the Willmaker, we were able to successfully obtain a Grant of Probate for our client.
To secure this favourable outcome, we needed to present strong evidence to support the validity of the Will. Our Partner and Succession Lawyer, Peter Griffin, played a pivotal role in achieving this success. His expert estate litigation skills were instrumental in navigating the complexities over a drawn-out process. We also extend our gratitude to the executor, the supportive friends of the Willmaker, and the Willmaker's General Practitioner, whose invaluable evidence and support bolstered our case.
